They actually listen, and when they didn’t understand a term I used, they had me describe what was happening to me. I felt heard, understood, and God help me hopeful. I had Montana and he was so patient. I was very emotional and he was just so patient and steady. Actually listened about the med struggle. And now I am on meds that’s actually helping me. The office manager Sara and My Dr Dayana Arteaga are the BEST people in the office… I had panic attacks and they took the best care of me and listen to me!!!!!! They cared about me and I recommend them to everyone who struggles with depression anxiety and PTSD! They helped me through the worst time of my life. Honestly the best psychiatrist and clinic I’ve had hands down. After setting up the first appointment and going through the first appointment, I was able to text for appointments and med refills. That alone is great for me because I dont like making phone calls. My Doctor seems very well versed and addresses issues quite well. It is clear that she cares about her patients. All around is the best care I’ve received out of any place I’ve tried.

Lighthouse Psychiatry is a fantastic telehealth operation. Communication is simple, and my questions are always answered promptly. I have worked in the IT field and have a critical eye for any organization’s digital footprint. Their webportal & video appointment solution is seamless, secure, and compatible with both mobile and PC’s. It’s also very user friendly, instead of registering a username/password it uses temporary links through email. And they accept SoonerCare/Medicaid insurance, which makes them a true asset to the Greater Tulsa community.
Dr. Arteaga has helped me reach a new equilibrium of happiness and hope about my future. I’ve gone from feeling completely trapped by my symptoms, to feeling capable of changing the course of my life.
